There is a large slide about 1.25 miles west of the Bridge of the Gods Trailhead at Cascade Locks blocking through traffic to Eagle Creek. Oregon State Parks informs us that repair work starting on September 9, 2026 may close the trail. This would prevent pedestrian travel between the Eagle Creek Trail and Cascade Locks. We will learn more on Tuesday.
