The PCT is open but impacted by smoke from the Austin Fire. The fire is burning west of the PCT (~mile 2060-2080) as the trail travels between Mount Jefferson and Mount Hood. Lands not far west of the PCT are closed. Monitor the situation carefully if you will be in the area.
