Badger Butte & Lemiti Fires

The Badger Butte Fire & Lemiti Incident are small fires just north of Olallie Lake on the Mount Hood National Forest. Please be advised that a closure in this area is expected for the PCT between Triangle Lake and Lemiti Creek. Information will be shared as soon as it is available. Please avoid this area to allow for firefighting operations. For those that do attempt to walk around the closure, head west to stay on the network of Forest roads rather than going east into the Warm Springs reservation. Provided conditions remain favorable, it is likely that this closure will be short lived.
